与刘文西副市长交谈, 讨论世界艺术中心在哪里, 巴黎, 纽约,伦敦,北京,延安? 跟刘老师一起下乡体验生活。与老乡谈艺术，举办一个关于观念艺术和禅宗艺术的讲座，以及中国传统艺术中对文字的应用，艺术与文字的关系，语言与艺术和生活的关系，艺术宣传与社会的关系。 讨论和展示相关作品如 ‘艺术与语言小组’、徐冰、邱志杰等。
