First Proposal: Who is the Third Party?

1. Sign a 3 month long business contract with a migrant laborer. Clearly mention the agreement between the first and second parties on the contract. Under the contract, he can only represent the identity of the first party as in accordance with the fact that every individual would be called "the party representative" in a revolution. He must appear at various sites on the road by taking on the identity of the first party, "Qu Guangci.

1. From xx/xx/xx to xx/xx/xx, the second party is to participate in the whole process of the Long March project in place of the first party. The second party does not have the right to use his own name during this period. His name will be "Qu Guangci" (exemptions shall be made under special circumstances). The second party must wear clothes provided by the first party including pants, underwear, and socks (exemptions shall be made under special circumstances).
2. The first party will provide a soft-sculpture symbolizing Qu Guangci, which will be dressed in Qu Guangci's daily clothing and participate in all academic events scheduled during the Long March either by carried on the back of the second party, placed on a desk, or by taking a seat. It must accompany the Long Marchers at any given moments.
3. During the term of the agreement, the second party must strictly abide to the activities coordinated according to the "Long March Plan." The first party agrees to pay xxxx RMB after confirming the completion of the second party's participation on the Long March. The first party will not be responsible for any unexpected event and the second party must strictly abide to the agreements of the contract and bear the responsibility and undertake the obligation.
4. The final right to terminate this agreement shall belong only to the first party.

Second Proposal: The Lucky Survivor
Create 3 small crystal coffins. The Long Marchers and visitors of the Long March website are asked to take a vote. The best and the worst Long Marchers will be selected from these votes. The Long March curators are to provide the most recent image of this individual to the artist. I will make his/her statue in Shanghai. The owner of the second and third coffin will be determined in the same way. Before the Long March completes in October, I will send the statues to the Beijing headquarters to put them all inside the coffins.
